WARRANTY AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Dear customer, we recommend you to carefully read and take into account the following applicable policies for any change or warranty.

• Save invoice or proof of purchase.
• Discounted products are not eligible for exchange.
• In order to process the warranty, the product must be in perfect condition with original tags and packaging.
• If the product is modified, altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel, the warranty will not be valid.
• None of the above will apply if misuse by the customer is evidenced. (Scratches, scrapes, as well as parts that make up the product such as; heels, soles, covers, zippers and other accessories of the item caused by misuse of the same).
• Causes for warranty on shoes: Detachment of sole, heel or one of its parts, spontaneous deterioration of the upper. (Does not include damage or peeling due to use).
• Causes for warranty on handbags: Detachment of handle, zippers, internal lining of the product and damage to springs or buckles.
• The warranty does not cover damage by accident or deterioration by use.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES


You have 7 working days from the receipt of the product to notify the reason for the exchange request through the exchange and return form found on the website.

Once this step is completed, Yoci Sefair has 5 working days to respond to the request. If the request is approved, the customer must send the product to be exchanged to the address Calle 17 # 69 - 08 in the city of Bogotá within 5 working days of approval.

Yoci Sefair will take a minimum of 20 working days to analyze in its quality area the origin of the damage and if there is an exercise of exchange. The warranty of the products covers exchanges or repair for quality failures of our products; it does not cover other reasons such as: exposure to external agents, poor care or improper use by the user.

Considering that our products are unique, personalized and limited edition, a warranty will be given to those products that have manufacturing defects when the quality or suitability conditions are affected, in compliance with the provisions of the consumer statute LAW 1480 of 2011. It does not apply to changes associated with subjective issues of taste or preference.

After verifying the condition of the product, the customer will have the option to request a voucher of equal value that can be redeemed through our website, or exchange the product for one of equal or higher value, where the customer will pay the excess value and assume the shipping costs.
